Yes, it is very odd that Galaxy has chosen to keep quiet about it's activities and uses of the money they claim to have initially drawn. With the share price in the basement a few competent press releases could only help them. As far as Goldstein or any others owning more than the SEC disclosure shows. It is up to the share holders to demand accounting and if wrongdoing is suspected to report the potential problem to the SEC.
