Wherever you see the Gelmon name, there is massive dilution. He is only ever appointed to companies to oversee debt conversions in the form of discounted shares. It is no coincidence all his OTC companies are at zero bid. Investing in a Gelmon company makes about as much sense as leaving your child unattended with a pitbull.

Hey mozar, that's how a company aquires technology, patents or even other companies. Sure some are dilution machines but I don't see that happening here. Like I said the stock was at $2.60 in March and .76 in Sept. that's much to much of a drop in the PPS to .005 or even .05 for the amount of dilution. Some may think otherwise but no matter what is said there has been too much of a drop in the PPS and If the company decides to aquire another technology or raise money you can be sure it will not be at .012 per share! Like I said before I can see this running to at least .17 on news or a promotion. There hasn't been any news since late Sept. and there has to have been some developements in their HPV Diagnostic Technology since they launched the new Subsidiary. IMO
