Is what bad? Is 3Power going to be on site or not?
Being that they are situated in Dubaii, on top of this site, you would have expected a presence if they were going to be a big player.
Maybe their game of management musical chairs threw off the capability of making of any plans, hopefully the CEO and the Board will be making the rounds informally if they do not have a official presence.
