Ok. Understood. To many fall for the evil shorty theory when in truth all stocks, on any exchange, require a catalyst to cause investors to buy and hold. This holds even more true on the micro caps.
You are correct. There is a movement in place to restrict the trading of penny issuers but it is not for the reasons most state here.
The regulatory agencies can not keep up with the sheer amount of micro cap fraud that exists today. They realize that investors still want the opportunity to invest in a company that is chasing a dream and that opportunity will always exist. They are just trying to make it much more difficult for companies to mask their intentions.
