Yes, the SEC is finally doing its job. I hope it gets everyone who is responsible for this web of crappy scam shells. Little internal battles between scammers don't make the big picture go away - shareholders have been ripped off by this clan and all the perps deserve to go down, whether or not they still play Yahtzee together on weekends.
