I thought that a subsidiary of ARSC and a subsidiary of IVOI merged

ARSC still exists but now as an empty shell. Shareholders will benefit only if the promised share "divy" is actually distributed and the PPS of IVOI increases

The filing say that ARSC was paid in iVoice shares, not iVoice Inovations shares

Hydra was merged into iVoice Inovations
