The common stock is worthless. Why? Because of the preferred stock liquidation preference, which is now well over $100 million dollars. And, it increases by 44% A YEAR......FOREVER.

The value of the company would have to increase by 44% a year every year just to keep up, but it doesn't. Thanks to Skype and other cheap alternatives, their business is hurting badly. The common stock is overpriced at even these levels.
