I did read them. 10-Q, 8-Ks even the the data from the Nevada SOS.

Even down to the sale of stock by Igor in June. (was this the purchase of the shell? if so $200,000 seems pretty reasonable)

And it still appears the the 20,000,000 went to foreign ownership, which is hard to track.
