To be fair, this latest delay is suspicious. They swore on a stack of 8Ks that they had a settlement. Now three more weeks to file what they had in August? I call "bullshit." They are just now starting to write a settlement. What is positive is that Daic was at the hanging -- ah, the gentlemen's removal of the scoundrel Williams -- and reports indicate he is on board with moving CLYW forward.

I spent a long time in the Navy, the best-run organization in which I ever participated. The CLYW freak show would have been corrected in the first three months.

But I am optimistic now. Just another month of agony stapled onto what we've already experienced.
