Good analogy, but I don't feel applicable here. The reality of the integral parts of the 10k is understood for the most part by investors. There isn't anything they can delay showing investors, and there is absolutely no advantage gained by them. Because, the sp won't move up til it gets filed, and subsequent filings come. Therefore delaying the filing because of what it may contain is illogical. We know it's not going to be pretty, we just want to see it filed, period. This will have a nice run once current and the news starts to roll, I'm certain management knows that, and also knows there's is no gain in delaying the process, unless they are planning an all out filings blitz. If the 10k is signed by auditors and the numbers are certified, they can then use those to compile the others and prepare to file. That is remote, but none the less a possibility.
