My broker, OptionsXpress, told me just last week that there was a problem with transferring VGPR shares to my account and I asked the rep. if he meant the problem was with the DTC. He said yes. If you call the DTC and ask questions they usually will tell you that "if you are not a member, I can't answer that"...........however I called back, got another person and he DID say there was still an issue with trading or transferring VGPR shares. Hope that helps. My feeling is that until a current financial statement is released and an update released on progress regarding the building and outfitting of same, the DTC chill will not be lifted. Anyone have more on this?

Oh, most people here have no issues buying/selling VGPR and they think there are no DTC problems. I warned people here 3-5 months back.
