You should be impressed by how many shareholders seemingly drank The Professor's whine-infused "Don't Vote to Prevent a Quorum" kool-aid.

One can only wonder what the vote of no confidence outcome might have been had The Professor's kool-aid not been so intoxicating. Feeling a little woozy? I've heard it can leave one with quite a hangover.
