I believe the SEC and FINRA are finally taking penny stock fraud to very seriously with the Microcap Fraud Working Group and that there will be many more regulatory actions in the coming months.
The fact that the SEC is suing Joseph Meuse, who was previously appointed the sold officer of IDCN, for illegal sales of unregistered stock does not bode well for IDCN. This is just the first action against Meuse, who knows if more are to come?
Well let's see: they got the sister for pushing her clients' monies around, in & out, of the Idcn shell. They got Meuse who was used as a dummy shell passer here. Now the one immune player is always the ceo. Let's see what the ever-so-organized over-employed MicroCRAP Fraud Working Group does to Bruhjell. I call "nothing."
