Here's a link to the official Sunlogics PR, Dated December 6th. What I found interesting was December 6th GM moved their people into place at Sunlogics and sent MM off to Europe and China. Then after GM guys took over at Sunlogics, on December 13th a week later....SLMU deal is announced.

So my thinking is, part of how they got MM to step aside at Sunlogics was to promise to feed deals/money into SLMU. Timing is so perfect a week apart, the $2.5 million deal with SLMU was a week after GM guys took over. This was good for SLMU shareholders, we got a lucky break.
