what rumor? its FILED in 8K. there is no rumor or PR other than proper 8K filing - talk about real business. They cannot PR more at this time because of contractual terms with DVTel. Its a big n important merger, SDSS must be careful not to screw up. There will be no R/S. Q1 2012 will be awesome, imho.
