Sure it is! Doesn't mean it was worth $2.40
form a company aquire a tech, product or even another company with stock at an inflated price then dilute with more stock until the company is actually worthless then either pull endless reverse splits or say Oh well it didn't work out and go form another company and do it all over again! IMO
