Arthur you are incorrect regarding your analysis of the financial statements. I went back and looked at some other explainations you gave regarding the financial statements of different companies and they are wrong also.

1. The 53 million dollars is an accumulated deficit used to offset equity. It is an accumulated over time. It is not book value.

2. The most valuable asset this company has, and the reason we are all here, is the internally developed patent. GAAP clearly states you are not allowed to include these assets(with the exception of the costs to register the patent and defend it) in your balance sheet. I am sure a portion of that accumulated deficit is associated with creation costs over the years it took to develop.

Don't come on this board giving terrible financial analysis. I'm a CPA and an ABV and I will call you on it everytime.
