You have seen nothing yet. They are voting on a 1 : 50 reverse split. This thing has yet to collaspe!! Wait to buy... you will be able to buy for pennies soon. Once the reverse split occurs there will be less shares at a higher price. Don't but then.. wait as it will fall again which happens after reverse splits. A month after the reverse splits occurs will be the telling point for this company. Of coarse this does not explain why this company is selling for pennies per share. I wonder if the SEC has their eye on this one.
