Actually his bonus during 2010 was $184,173, and his total comp was $517,375.

I would guess that a substantial salary hike is in order as well.

I'm sure we can all guess how hard it is for the poor man to rub along on (just over) a mere half million bucks a year.

A few more millions of awards and options probably wouldn't go amiss either - with the pps as it is now, he will need many more shares to give free to his chums and to dump through his family trust in order to make the same money and get the same backhanders.
