Do not know for sure what your looking for. These are the only ones I could find now. They return some fairly good MB or potentials.

Show stocks where Fast Stochastic(5,3) Fast %K crossed above Fast Stochastic(5,3) Slow %D within the last 1 day
and Average Volume(90) is ABOVE 300000
and where close touched MA(13) from below
and close is between .005 and 2.50 (adjust to price desired)
AND CLOSING VOLUME ABOVE 100000
and close is above open
13 returned

and Average Volume(90) is ABOVE 300000
and where close touched MA(13) from below

and close is above open

or you can use setbacks in lieu of last 2 days.
