in my opinion, the amount of short sales is minimal, so do not think it affects the actual stock price very much...when you look at a company that has let's say 2-3% plus, then you would see a potential difference. At 9-10% it is real downward pressure and really makes the company have to perform...in either case with the large position of shorts there is always a possibility of a short squeeze and the stock really taking off when they cover...there could be tax loss selling happening here as part of why we have drifted lower...or the reality of the timetable being different than some investors expectations...we are not for away from many good things happening...

2012 Goals discussed at the meeting: Complete current pipeline of contracts, and expand business through new development contracts nd licenses; Further expand operational capacity by completion of financing, move to a larger facility, new hires, and partnerships with synergistic companies; Grow revenue through the development and sale of prototype engines and commencement of small-scale production; Achieve operational "break-even" by the end of 2012; and Continue stock up-listing to a national exchange.
