OTC markets won't let them out of Caveat Emptor without more pertinent information. Wouldn't surprise me in the least if the DTC was involved also. Looks like Identa is in for the fight of it's life. Not trying to over dramatize just stating facts.
They cannot get volume trading if no one trusts the management. Geez Mike I know I harped about this problem 4 years ago at least and everyone thought it wasn't a problem then. It's a problem now Identa could have to merge or JV to get out of this mess. Assuming they want too that is and frankly I don't even want to lay odds on that bet. Overwhelming lack of confidence in this stock now and yes I harped on that 4-5 years ago as well. It's not like Identa didn't see this coming they had to know. Impossible to excuse the foot dragging, reprehensible IMO
