Why would you have to go to a hospital to get an MRI? There are plenty of MRI centers that are not attached to hospitals. They have spare rooms and can just wheel the DViS in there and plug it into the standard wall plug.

Why would you have to scan all patients back to back? They can be done one at a time or several per day immediately prior to or after the MRI.

Why would you keep the techs from going to lunch? Its not like a FORD assembly line. Do the scans, go to lunch, then do more scans.

Several days is correct, three or four per day would take a week. Two before lunch and two after. No problems there.
