ICOA Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Wi-Fi Internet Service Providers, LLC....that what they announced in February. Usually these deals take a few months and probably ICOA had to clean up their books before the deal got finalized. More than likely I would assume that the next update would be the completion of this transaction

Thanks plumo, just read that in the info James sent this a.m. I have some concern , only because George seems to be the only person running, working for ICOA, other than the CFO, who seems to not beable to make a repoart with out major errors in it. Just concerns about the company and how its run,
