I agree with you fully that that pr statement conflicts with the transfer agent records.

I am hoping we can get some answers soon.

My question is this, if the standby equity loan for 10 mil was still open, then why would a lending institution loan
the company 2.5 mil in cash.

Thats 12.5 mil combined potentially, lil' much for a 15 mil asset company, 83.33% borrowed out? I can't see that being possible.

My gut tells me that commercial capital would have wanted that loan shut down before lending the 2.5 mil, but I could be wrong.
