If any one sold stock based on the news of the reverse split announced by Joe Canouse then they could get damages from Joe canouse bcause he was not authorized? Is that what you are saying?

Joe Canouse's RS is CANCELLED as well because once again he does not have the authority to order one. This can lead to personal liabilities on JC's end where damages can be sought...

I like this idea...once JC is out on his ear....maybe the shareholders can get some of their money back from Joey...through legal channels!!!
