Sem, with the Company, GERS, being Profitable, he has no earthly reason to Dilute and in fact, that would be totally against his and our interests. ADRN is another matter. As I posted tonight on the ADRN board, he commited to "Stockholder Funding" for ADRN's meager expenses for as much as two years or 36 months. Stockholder Funding is the same thing any IPO offering does. "Buy my stock and help make the Company a success". He is "Promising"
a potential 2 or 3 years of stock sales to finance the Research &
Technology by ADRN. Somebody is sure to call that "Dilution"!!
I have no arguement with that. I do think the Blather about "another" R/S is six months or a year before its time! Maybe never happen. ADRN does have the possibility of income from royalties from GERS or, Contracts with GERS for Research, but that is in the future, beyound my reach for now. If GERS gets rich, ADRN will benefit, some way or another! MOO
