I guess you didn't read my previous posts. There are about 3B OS right now. Please show your calculations that will add another 9B shares?

Maybe your assumption is everyone will convert their preferred shares to common shares. My assumption is NO one will pay the $500 or more to convert when the bid is at .0001. Maybe we'll be at no bid by April, then no one can sell even if their life depends upon it.

So, where do you get your 12B free trading shares in April?
