the question is, who says they didnt see anything unusual...you bet they saw something unusual...what they didnt see was something illegal...2 different things...
dont think the sec is giving their seal of approval on the situation..it is very suspect...just not illegal in and of itself...although i would say imo, its very borderline...
under normal arrangements if one party or the other should, lets say, unknowingly, violate an sec rule, the other party would be unaffected...under the arrangement that kblb has with csc, they have tied themselves so completely together that both would surely be affected regardless of who the offending party is...
and csc being who they are, is that really such a smart move on kblb's part?....i mean, really???
