Nonsense, there is no "backlog" at OTC Markets. There's been talk about this supposed "tier upgrade" for MONTHS, and it hasn't happened.

For example, there's this from November 2nd:

"Tier upgrade in days."

Wow - this sure didn't work out as promised! They were, in fact, DOWNGRADED at OTC Markets.

The fact that GMND has been trading much higher in volume over the last 3 weeks than usual shows that investors here are well aware of the current news and expected Tier upgrade.
