TLAG .0002 Total Apparel Group Resumes Audit and.Re-Listing.Activities

2010 and First Quarter 2011 Audit Underway

NEW YORK, Aug. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Total Apparel Group, Inc. ("TAG") (OTC Pink: TLAG)
today announced that it has recently commenced with its December 2010 year-end audit in order to
file its 10K due. In addition, the Company will be completing its September 2010 3rd quarter review,
as well as all of the 2011 quarter reviews due, ensuring that the company will become current in its
filings.

Concurrent with this action, TAG has resumed its activities related to the registration of securities, as
it seeks to upgrade the Company's stock listing to the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board.

In the coming weeks TAG will provide its shareholders with a comprehensive update on the status
