I did not. Read my posts. The recent ones and the old one, which someone posted yesterday. I said I saw a settlement offer.

Forgive me for not realizing that some wouldn't understand that the offer was prepared by the defendant's lawyer, as they always are.

Why don't we just cut to the chase here? I never talked to, or otherwise communicated with, anyone at the SEC about BCIT.
