I don't recall the Morgans, the Chases, the Rockerfellers, the Vanderbilts, and others having to eat their gold in the last depression. What I recall is that they had the speice to buy all that they needed, because people will always barter for something they want. And as a person who deals strictly in commodities, I think I have a better sense than you do on what greases the skids. If you want it and I control it, you'll have to buy it from me. That simple. And gold has value way beyond its role as a currency. All I want for Christmas is someone to talk to that lives in the real world. Please Santa.
