Actually I think most people would find "that drivel" quite convincing. Megas contributed to the problem by failing to report the hijacking promptly.

One more time, I think the third: the SEC never showed me anything. And it was not a "prosecution paper". First, it was not a criminal action, so no prosecutors were involved. Second, it was a settlement offer prepared by Thompson's attorney.

And again, had FINRA processed the name change, notice of it would have appeared on the Daily List. It did not. Do you know what the Daily List is?

Finally, it isn't DTCC's job to allow or disallow people to act as transfer agents. TAs are regulated by the SEC.
