Just to clarify, there has been no announcement of a merger with AMNP. The announcement stated that the two companies signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that allowed for due diligence relative to a potential merger, which if found to be (after due diligence) to be the right thing to do, would consumate by date certain in February.

We'll see what the DD reveals. Maybe an uplisting to a broader exchange? Maybe access to other funding sources? Maybe a broader shareholder base? Maybe no merger at all.
