I found it odd too, level II shows change of price in small trades like 2,500 shares, but the big ones 150,000+. What does that mean?

You say 10 sells for every 1 buy. Here are yesterday's trades. Please point out the sells since every trade except 1 for 170,000 at .0401 was at .043 and higher. Just proves that you are wrong. And check out the close. 806,800 shares bidding at .043. TECO is strong and not weak like you say. And again not more sells than buys. But the opposite, more buys than sells.
