Question, in the sense of a conspiracy theory has anyone checked to see how DAVE want us to vote?

Ignoring my please to see a settlement for a moment, So now Dave it out, and his "buddy" is potentially out...WHAT prevents Dave from taking the company into receivership/nuclear option? Would seem to me, if Dave is removed and Ed is subsequently removed, Dave no longer has incentive not to seek receivership?
