Spoke to Turrini today and asked if he could put out copy of settlement. He said that he would talk to the attorneys to see if it could be done before the Houston meeting.

So as Litton insenuated, he is hiding behind the "attorneys". Based on years of history....the double secret, non-agreement will not be seen until, well never. I hope CT et al have big insurance policies.
