Are you sure it was DAMS speculation on financial projections. More of people speculating on a settlement which never came from DA.

I believe it was a bunch of hype over DA's speculation on revenues, that's why many people on this board are bashing on DA's credibility because of those inflated revenues last year. This year it seems like he might be able to finally pull off his projections.

The projections were a bit deceiving last year because they were based on percentage increases and not raw numbers that did add to the speculation announcement. This was an issue of concern with me about the company in the past that I addressed back then (yes I did not like everything about the company). However, I addressed my concerns through emails and phone calls to DA himself. We have since had number projections. No deception in hiding behind percentage increase for future projections. DA gave us numbers and I expect us to meet or exceed those definitive numbers that were put out by the company. IMO
