I've been following but not posting for the last couple of months due to work, travel and a computer upgrade. But I've seen a lot of focus on the fluctuations in the price of a stock that is less than a penny. A waste of time. GO FBCD!!!
The sad thing is that the business model WOULD WORK, if it were executed. Get people active on the Plastic Stock Exchange, make it the e-bay of the toy world. Make and sell kewpie doll figurines, or anything you could get into the hands of a lot of people to get people talking about the company and there will be interest in this stock. Whether or not the CEO is a crook, if the plan was executed, the stock would rise. After that, with the right pump, he could sell it to someone who really wants to run a toy mfg and distribution business.
If those people on the board who "are in communication" with the CEO could convince him to just do what he said / says he is going to do, that would be useful. Not badgering him about a 10-K and a 10-Q.
