#11405 RE: Josh slone #11404

I am going with the logic of "Greed is good" here.

Here's why:

Back in April, TEMN announced they were going to start an
employee compensation package and increase the A/S for planned
acquisitions. However, in the 10Q, only the four directors got any
shares for "compensation" and they have been "compensated" very,
very well.

Over 1.2 billion shares well (among 4 directors).

Being a director of TEMN, why would I want to be paid in shares
when I know the market cannot absorb the amount of shares I am
being compensated with and most obviously, the stock is almost
worthless.

Why? Because as a director of TEMN I know once I complete my
"planned" acquisitions (merger), my shares are going to be worth
a crap ton more than they are now.

Hence, "Greed is good" theory for TEMN.
