You refer to the "ones in charge", who are driving, but that is a very iffy statement, because those driving are NOT in charge at the company, but are SP setting parasites who were let onboard, and who the CEO can't control.
The "owners" and the "owners" masters know a bit about performance, and about perception. Here, both are just not being delivered.
