I agree with you about the law suit, that shouldn't even really be mentioned at this early of the stage. If company wants to help out there OWN stock and longterm shareholders they need a buyback now with there earnings that they claim to be making. Otherwise I believe she going to run this into the ground again without a buyback Now or VERY SOON. There is no interest and she can PR whatever she wants on how well there doing, time for her to back it up and show us she believes in her own stock.
