man that's a lot of words...I think it is too guarded an outlook...You lost me at "MM's will keep it below .06"...Unless some big sellers come around the MMs are happy to let this one go...very orderly climb going on right now...JMHO

Yankee, your comments on the government's cautious approach to suppliers is right on. A few good deliveries makes it solid. Let's not forget HISC has been working with Navy and Port of Savannah for long enough that the gov't has gotten to know their work ethic.
