I did not say i didn't know the answers. You said reading(dd) is fundamental.......... so show me the length of your DD. I do appreciate you educating me on patents, of which I have no expertise. Well, those questions are posed because there exists a refusal to call into question any of the mistakes Mr Thompson has made. For you, I have added one question.

and no, issuing a stock dividend is not the reasoning for doing a F/S.

Why has KBLB spent nearly as much on IR/PR/Pumps(directly) as with R&D? (with the high expenditures relating to ZFN tech, it is currently about 2 dollars R&D for every 1 dollar ir/pr/pump)

Some of the questions have no good answer however. There is absolutely no reason for a penny stock(trading in the pennies) to f/s. splits are done to control the stock price, not to reward people......... the market cap adjusts with the split... so how is that a reward? Kim just made it harder to uplist is all. There are reasons established companies do them. kblb is not established.
