P.S. Regarding debt.....I agree in principle. However, I have learned to be careful with startup companies carrying a lot of outside debt.....as creditors can quickly shut things down and grab all of the assets.....leaving shareholders with nothing.
Lack of such debt/problems was another reason why I liked FASC from the beginning.
