They never were set up with otc markets. They consider themselves otcbb and there were detailed explanations why the delay in the filings. Also, you left out the $1500 otcmarkets charges for the log on id and password. Another error/ommision on your part. Maybe you didn't know about all the fees and money otcmarkets shakes these little companies down for. Happy to help educate you.

I am looking past the 10k, I want to know how fast the needed 3 filings (Qs) are coming behind the 10k??

If the TA was gagged that would have been a good question you asked. Since TA is not gagged it is obviously not to hide something. If they were hiding something they would have gagged the TA which they did not.
