All I can tell you JAP is to have each and every board member on IVOI and ARSC to call their own trading firms and ask if they can buy ARSC or IVOI. That will settle this matter. I was out of messages yesterday and couldn't immediately respond to you. I did call Ameritrade back and asked them how often they receive their information concerning who's on the DTC chill list and they told me that it is updated every day. Oh well.
This company must be diluting the crap out of their pps to have it at no bid. Probably in the business of printing stock and selling them. WHO would be crazy enough to push this on to others as some sort of sound investment? Crooks IMO.
