If the shares are denied.. the complay will fail and all will be lost.. My solution is to give them the shares and fire Falk and Putnam, and bring sombody in with more than two brain cells to management. We are now talking about the very survival of our investment.
They wont be able to earn it in time. I believe only a million or so shares remain at their disposal and that aint enough. If the shares arent approved, the company can maybe last another couple of months. Either way, youre not going to see a return on your investment (at least for a long time). Its just that one way the company dies and the other way it lives but its shareprice will most likely end up in the lower single digits. I doubt anybody will get their money back on this one.
