PR should be out soon. No reason to believe otherwise. I have not had any contact with Chuck myself but I don't have any reason not to believe Dr. Doug's post. I did question the time frame since it always seems to take attorney's longer to release especially when they bill by the hour.

I am pretty sure we will see a PR before Christmas.
